3000t/d clinker cement production line of Huaxi Yawan Cement Co., Ltd. is located in Yovon, Khatlon, Tajikistan. The project was put into operation successfully in August 2013, the annual operating rate of kiln after putting into operation is above 90%, the annual output of clinker is 900,000t, and the annual output of cement is 1,100,000t. This project is designed according to the 9 degree seismic fortification intensity, and the main body of the factory is in the form of steel frame structure; and the site has the characteristic of Level II (medium) collapsibility with low bearing capacity and medium compressibility, and it was handled with the dynamic consolidation. The project won the second prize of excellent project design in the field of building material industry.
