With the aggravation of market competition and the increasement of environmental protection requirements, energy saving has become an important method of adding economic benefits, reducing consumption and operation cost.
NGC provide clients with energy saving technical reconstruction services such as grinding system, burning system, electric automation system and WHR ect.
1. Raw mill
To solve the problems such as high power consumption and low output of tube mill system, roller press grinding system will be adopted.
a. Adopt new technology and process to reduce the unit power consumption.
b. Increase the capacity of system and reduce power consumption.
2. Cement mill
To solve the problems such as large feed size, low output, high power consumption, low efficiency of separator, roller press pre-grinding system or combined grinding system will be adopted.
a. Reduce over grinding to improve system output and reduce the unit power consumption.
b. Optimize the cement particle size gradation to improve cement quality.
c. Reduce grinding media consumption, reduce maintenance cost.
3. Preheater
It mainly solves the problems, such as high system resistance, high heat consumption and low efficiency of cyclone and heat exchange.
a. Reduce system resistance and power consumption.
b. Increase system capacity, reduce the power and heat consumption per unit.
c. Increase heat exchange efficiency and reduce temperature of C1 outlet.
4. Cooler
It mainly solves the problems, such as “snowman-making”, “red river”, air leakage, poor cooling effect and low heat recovery efficiency.
Reduce clinker temperature to improve clinker quality and prolong the lifetime of conveying equipment.
a. Reduce temperature of waste gas to improve efficiency of heat recovery.
b. Rational distribution of fresh air to improve clinker quality and reduce heat consumption.
c. Adopt new structure to prolong the lifetime of grate and driving unit.
5. Automation system
It mainly solves the problems, such as low automatic control and high power consumption.
a. Improve automatic control level to reduce labor cost.
b. Strengthen system reliability to avoid system shut down or major accident.
c. Adopt variable-frequency technology to save power.
6. WHR
It mainly solves the problems, such as low WHR efficiency and instability of system operation.
a. Adjust the air-taking point of grate cooler, maximumly utilize waste heat without influencing kiln normal operation.
b. Optimize the internal structure of boiler to improve the heat exchange efficiency.
c. Adjust the vapor pressure into turbine to enhance the steam turbine efficiency.
d. Transform cooling system and guarantee vacuum to increase generating capacity.
