Garbage treatment
After extensive research and in-depth study, NGC has mastered the technology of domestic garbage treatment by cement kiln and garbage power generation. These technologies can utilize waste resources scientifically and harmlessly, and obtain good social, environmental and economic benefits; NGC can also undertake businesses including design, technical consultation and EPC project.
1. domestic garbage treatment
The technology of domestic garbage treatment is to build a totally enclosed system, and to carry on a series of treatment to domestic garbage including sorting, drying and crushing, so as to obtain alternative fuels and alternative raw materials for cement production. So after the treatment, the domestic garbage can be completely and harmlessly utilized.
The garbage which has been treated can be completely utilized as alternative fuels and alternative raw materials.
Disposing domestic garbage by cement production line, it avoids odor, effluent, waste residue and dioxin generated by combustion. There is no secondary pollution in disposal process.
2. Garbage power generation
Garbage power generation need to carry on classification process after garbage collection. Full combustion will be carried out on those with high heat value, in the mean time, pathogenic organisms and corrosive organics will also be wiped out. Fermentation, anaerobic, dry, desulfurization treatment will be carried out on organisms which cannot burn directly to produce combustible gases such as methane for further combustion.
The thermal energy produced by combustion will be transformed into high-temperature vapor, and then be transformed into electric energy via steam turbine and generator.
