Huaxin Cement (Dao County) Co., Ltd. 4000t/d clinker cement production line is located in Shouyan Town, Dao County, Hunan. The project was put into operation in August 2010. the annual output of clinker is 1,500,000 tons, and the production capacity of cement is 2,000,000 tons. The project adopts single row 5-stage preheater system, and takes lignite coal and anthracite coal as fuel.
