According to different application requirements, NGC has developed spray guns with single-fluid, two-fluid, pressure type, reflux type etc. Based on this, NGC brings about water spraying system applied for conditioning tower, pipeline, grate cooler and various oil ignition systems, etc..
Key features:
1) Water spraying system of conditioning tower: the spray guns are arranged by grouping; and the frequency conversion technology is adopted in the water pump. Water quantity could automatically and reliably adjust according to the outlet gas temperature in a wide range combined with an effective atomization. The nozzle of spray gun is made of hard alloy steel, which ensures its high abrasion resistance and long lifetime.
2) Pipeline water spraying system: this system adopts two-fluid spray guns, driven by compressed air. It is highly integrated and simple in maintenance, atomized particles are small and uniform, easy to evaporate and hard to jam. Requirement for the water pressure and water quality is low and easy to be managed.
3) Grate cooler water spraying system: based on the feature that operation temperature is elevated and the spray nozzle blocking is easily caused due to high dust concentration in grate cooler, NGC develops a system combined water spraying with compressed air injection, being able to endure tough condition.
4) Oil ignition system: pressure thimble type and oil-gas mixing type are adopted, the flame shape is adjustable and the temperature is controllable, meeting the need of ignition for various kinds of kilns and hot air stoves.
Applications:
Spray gun for conditioning tower, pipeline, grate cooler, various oil guns and other spraying equipment.
