Russia Volga Cement Co., Ltd. 2500t/d clinker cement production line is located in Saratov, Russia, which is adjacent to Volga River and it has a temperate continental climate, the winter is cold and the largest frozen soil depth in site is 1.8m. The project takes chalkiness as the raw material, it is with great viscosity and high moisture content (the moisture content is about 20%), and the raw material is baked by special drying technology.
